During the 31-day period from February 1 to March 3, 2026, the Cloudflare infrastructure (spanning 1,793 zones) processed a total of 4.31 billion requests. Of these, 18.6 million requests originated from China, accounting for an average of 0.43% of total overall traffic.

• Peak Activity: Absolute requests from China peaked on February 22 with 763,382 requests. However, the highest proportion of Chinese traffic occurred the following day, February 23, representing 0.61% of the total daily traffic.
• Global vs Regional Trends: Overall global traffic peaked much earlier in the month (Feb 7 - Feb 8, averaging ~164 million daily requests). In contrast, traffic from China demonstrated a delayed surge, peaking mid-to-late February.
• Lowest Activity: The lowest full-day metric for China was recorded on February 2 (467,655 requests). Note that March 3 shows significantly lower volume (408,898), which is likely due to data extraction occurring before the day fully completed.

Conclusion: While traffic from China remains a relatively small fraction of overall network requests (< 1%), it exhibited an independent, surging pattern toward the end of February that did not correlate with the general network's peak periods.
